- Email us your return request
- We'll provide the return address within 2 business days
- Ship the item back (you cover return shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds
- Full refund: item price (minus return shipping costs)
- Original shipping fees: non-refundable
- Refund goes back to your original payment method
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — full refund or replacement, your choice.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, order processing has begun and cancellation may not be possible.
